The vegan is a complex diet and difficult to get right. It takes knowledge and planning. Being vegan is not a religion. A large glass of milk or downing a couple raw eggs is easy for a protein boost, it does not kill any animals and these animals may actually benefit from their situation. I have been to farms where the conclusion is, the animals are treated well where eating their milk or eggs are without issue. Kefir is also not vegan but is often grown and consumed by vegans as it fits in the lifestyle. Protein powders and even vegan protein powders might also be used. However, killing the animal for direct sustenance is a problem, more so with increasing population. Inventing a dish made up of, each point is one dish... # Rice and Beans # Hummus and Wholebread # Peanut Butter on Whole Wheat Bread # Lentil Soup with Whole Grain Bread # Tofu Stir-Fry with Brown Rice # Tempeh Tacos with Corn Tortillas # Chickpea Curry with Quinoa # Bean Chilli with Cornbread When it comes to fatty acids, ALA is easily sourced. Like a vitamin B12 and perhaps vitamin D supplement, for EPA and DHA fatty acids, an algae-based supplement may be incorporated.
