We need an island or place without any visa requirements, people can stay for as long as they need. It must also be pet friendly with regard to accommodation.
A person can take a flight in and there is no visa time restrictions, they can stay 1 week or a lifetime and their pets too.
Pay To Stay
Instead, we propose a "pay to stay" system. As long as a monthly fee is paid, the stay is renewed indefinitely. If the fee is not paid and the person must leave or is removed.
This pay to stay, means the municipality can service, sewage, wastewater, fresh drinking water, roads, security, garbage collection and cleaners, treatment plants. The monthly service fee is for the basic maintenance of the area. The spending of the funds is public viewable via (online) accounting records.
Something like: $50 usd per month per person or $600 usd annual per person.
Prospective Locations:
A Fijian Island such as Vatuvara Islands, Fiji: Size: 5,187 acres. Price: USD 155,000,000. Massive island group ideal for a large-scale development and could accommodate a significant population. It offers stunning natural beauty and a prime location in the South Pacific. Caribbean Islands could also be suitable. These islands could pose a significant challenge to develop.
A more ideal situation is a 99 lease on an island like Bali for instance, as it is already functional and built up. Meaning the law changes, as a pay to stay system is all that is essentially required to get up and running.
An island is ideal, but the leased area could be part of a mainland, as a zoned area.
