L-shaped tiles

The corner and side tiles are L shaped so that the corner and side grout line is eliminated, these tiles are installed first and cut so that full length tile meet perfectly rather than having remaining areas. L tiles for the side and back to back L shaped tiles for corners.

The image shows the elimination of the grout edge, the production should be full width, to create the skirt and tile floor. The installer can cut these edge tiles to a size to then facilitate full length tiles fitting the reaminder areas. An installer plans the layout and finds the area conflicts with the tile size, this is potentially eliminated. Eliminating edges and corners eliminates silicon corking these areas and as these areas are common defect leading to water seepage.

The finishing converse tile has been used widely.

People are opting for large and larger tile format to eliminate grout, which becomes unsightly with time. The tiler can only benefit, saving on materials and labor while delivering customer satisfaction.

Above are trim pieces, we then want these to be more like regular tiles or big trim pieces, clear away from water seepage prone areas.
