What is the most minimal foods, commonly available, nutritionally complete human diet.

For an 80kg man per day...

  • 8–10 eggs
  • 1–1.2 kg potatoes
  • 150–200 g spinach (or mixed leafy greens)
  • Water + salt (3–5 g/day)
  • 150 g yogurt

Looks like a hearty meal with desert.
