Grime and Tiles, Tiles without Grimes Buildup

The age-old problem and dream of tiles without grime.

The grout is not smooth enough but has too many ridges allowing grime to buildup. The tile is glazed and smooth so the grime cannot stick to the glazed tile. The solution is then to design a new form of grout that is as smooth as possible, under a microscope there are no ridges to the group and there by the grime cannot attach.

The other solution and or is large format tile minimizing grouts or even a one piece material where only corners need corking.

Tiles are 100% ceramic, if the manufacturer would glue a soft edge to the tile, then it could eliminate the need for grout, where one tile firmly buts up against another tile to create a waterproof seal.
